Sales Director/ National Sales Manager for International manufacturer of Plastic Pipe Welding Equipment – Wuxi, China
Key Tasks:
? Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy
? Increase sales growth and expand sales channels
? Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets
? Identify new customers and sales opportunities in order to increase business growth
? Manage sales forecast and delivery; Cooperate with other functional departments to improve overall company KPIs, such as new product development, price strategy, inventory, lead time…
? Maintain and improve good relationship with key customers, and increase customer base
? Be able to guide and provide input for marketing activities
? Provide timely and accurate sales reporting and forecasts
Requirements
? More than 5 years sales experience in following industries: plastic pipe welding equipment, plastic pipe extrusion machines, plastic pipes or fittings. Or sales experience working with the network in water supply and city gas pipelines area. Experience in sewer, oil or telecom pipelines is an advantage.
? 3 years experience to manage a sales team of ~10 people (internal customer service and external sales) and also experienced in managing partners as distributors
? Good English skills spoken and written
? Computer skills of modern office system
? Successful sales development experience across whole China.
? Target oriented, teamplayer
? Willingness to travel up to 50%
