职位描述：
招聘职位：英语高级生产主管（汽车行业）
职位要求：
 1、性别不限，大专以上学历，英语可以作为工作语言。
 2、有3年以上汽车行业生产主管工作经验。
？ Highlight the main responsibilities
？ To manage APZ consisting of RAD /CDS/WCAC core builders and tube mill and all related people working in a 2 and 3 shift system and cooperating with all supporting functions (process, logistics, quality, procurement).
？ To organize the production unit into APT committed to the given objectives and develop a spirit of quality and efficiency based on a strong involvement of employees.
？ Responsible for taking actively improvement actions and recommendations initialized by the Quality Department in order to reach the shared “zero defect” target.
？ Responsible for organizing improvement activities to achieve TLR, DNQC, DLPI budget target.
？ Responsible for all production activities in APZ accord with Group’s VPS and quality rules.
？ Responsible for new employee OJT and update the related flexibility grid
？ Responsible for 5S implementation, ensure to get clean and effective work area.
？ To support professional development of all employees in the APZ to achieve multi-skilled and autonomous teams.
？ To ensure positive work atmosphere based on the Group’s values of mutual aid, respect and recognition bearing in mind the strong development of the Division.
？ To constantly improve production process, ensure people involvement.
？ To initiate corrective and preventive actions.
？ Obey HSSE rules and regulations, pay attention to safety and any accident or incident related to HSSE found, report immediately to N+1.
？ To Organize and implement improvement proposals.
？ To apply 5 axes in his/her domain
To finish the other missions assigned by department manager
薪酬福利：
