Job Description
? Estimation of work efforts and recommend solution design
? High level design of the architecture as well as the detailed design. Technical review design documents to evaluate and solve any issue/risks related to the solution.
? Development based on the IBM Tivoli Identity Manager product
 
Skills and Qualifications
? More than 6 years' J2EE development experience, familiar with JBoss or WebSphere platform with sound knowledge on Java Script, JSP, Java Bean.
? Familiar with ITIL, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Directory Integrator, Tivoli Directory Server
? Good knowledge in web application development and related interfaces.
? Familiar with different software development lifecycles and good knowledge in CMMI is preferred.
? Sound understanding of major Database Management system and related development including ORACLE DB Server and PL/SQL language
? Fluent English communication capability with good customer facing experience
? Good at self-management, quick study, problem solving and team work 举报 分享
