职位描述：

1. Develop and implement sales strategy in China that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant dealers to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.

3. Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.

4. Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers. Distinguish the location and manage the store opening according to company’s instruction.

5. Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited. Evaluate and manage the franchisees, make reports and carry out the action plan.

6. Manage dealers to follow company’s instruction including store maintenance, sales performance, marketing activities, marketing analysis etc.

7. Establish and maintain effective communication links with other departments to identify all sales opportunities.

8. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor or above degree

2.Business development and retail store operational related knowledge

3.Sales skill, Microsoft office application, fluent English in written and spoken

4.Core Competency:Business development, Objective Management,Strategic Competence

5.Above 5 years'experience in business key account management background, prefer from design industry
