Responsibilities:
1. Order management: Manage end to end customer order to cash process;
a. Daily backlog management including order entry, confirmation, pricing, product status, misaligned analysis, shipment block, customer credit etc.; Work with multi-functions internally (factories, finance, pricing, sales, legal etc.) in order to get the customer order fulfilled in time, following the corporate policy and process;
b. Daily allocation management including aligning the order against allocation and escalation of allocation issue;
c. Work with pricing team and sales on regular pricing update in SAP and necessary price adjustment on the backlog;
d. Be on top of the overall picture of key accounts shipment and backlog, revenue and shipment target
2. Customer Engagement
a. Manage customer rescheduling requirement (pull in, push out, cancellation) following the corporate policy and process;
b. Manage customer weekly forecast & commit communication and be on top of the gaps and issues;
c. Update customer supply chain portal on daily basis;
d. Manage customer scorecard of participate customer QBR if applicable;
3. Customer RMA management: Manage end to end customer RMA orders fulfillment starting from customer RMA request till RMA closure
a. Work with customer & quality to justify the RMA;
b. Get RMA internally approved within SanDisk and issue RMA # to customer in a timely manner;
c. Follow up RMA returns to RMA center and disposition;
4. Finance & legal teams support:
a. New customer set up and customer master change;
b. Invoice correction; Credit/Debit memos;
c. Revenue recognition support
d. Audit support
e. Dispute resolution with customers together with finance team
f. Contract review for new customer
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Min 8 years account management/order fulfillment experience in the semiconductor industry; Experience working with customers of diversified countries & various manufacturing sites across the regions (e.g. IBM, HP, DELL, Samsung, Lenovo, Apple, Huawei, is preferable)
3. Good understanding of the diversified business models of semiconductor industry and familiar with the various operational models behind (e.g. direct sales, distribution, VMI, Consignment etc)
4. Capable of quickly analyzing and resolving complicated business issue;
5. A result-driven team player and solution provider; Able to work under dynamic business environment with pressure; Good interpersonal skills; Strong sense of delegation and capability of coaching;
6. Good at Microsoft Office application (Excel & PPT) and SAP;
7. English & Mandarin communication capability both verbal and written is a must.
