Responsibilities:

-Process shipping documents

-Match the pickup order and all relevant shipping documents with the booking slips

-Ensure compliance to the customers'shipping requirements/instructions

-Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely

-Fax documents and scan pre-alerts if required

-Handle and follow up shipments as per SOP so to ensure smooth and proper handling of shipments

-Systems updates

-Handle cargo pre

-claim with carriers

-Dual with Customer (CS function)

-Part of VM function (KPI recording)

-Cooperate with Fico in account related function

-Month analyses in service upgrade

-Prepare monthly statement & analyses reporting

Requirements:

-Minimum two year experience in domestic airfreight forwarder / carriers;

-College graduate or above;

-Comprehensive knowledge in DOM AFR handling / documentation;

-Problem solving skills;

-Excellent skill in Microsoft word & Excel & power point;

-Ability to identify problems / issues;

-Good communication skill; -Basic Fico knowledge;

-Good English writing skill.
