职位描述：
This role of the Company Quality System (CQS) Engineer support Manager to implement, sustain and improve the CQOS for all models in Company. Therefore helping to improve product quality and achieve quality objectives. This will be achieved by:
公司质量体系工程师的任务是协助经理制定公司质量运营体系，实施、维护并改进。以此帮助提高产品质量，达到质量目标，具体如下：

? Control, Maintenance and update of the Company Quality Operating System
  控制、维护和更新公司质量运营体系
? Internal Company Quality Audits
  公司内部质量审核
? Lead liaison with external accreditation agencies e.g. Vehicle Certification Agency for ISO/TS 16949 audit planning, scheduling, and completion.
  外部认证公司接口联络，如：汽车认证ISO/TS 16949审核策划、时间安排并完成实施
? Lead to control, maintenance and update of Quality Procedures (Company Level)
  控制、维护和更新质量程序文件（公司级）

主要职责：
1. Lead the coaching and guidance of company employees at all levels for the implementation and improvement of the CQOS, including new model launch phases. Develop required materials.
    指导公司各层级员工执行并改进质量运营体系，包括新车型上市阶段，开发所需要的材料
2. Lead the coaching of improvements to each function quality using appropriate tools and techniques, driving failure mode avoidance and preventive actions.
    指导使用适当的工具和方法改进各块质量，建立失效模型，避免和预防问题发生
3. Lead the interface with each department on shared quality requirements to align, support and drive improvements.
    和各部门共享质量需求，对问题进行排序、支持并推动改进
4. Ensure appropriate reporting, follow up and liaison including management as required, to drive timely resolution and improvement.
    使用适当的报告，跟踪、联络需求，推动问题和改进按期完成

1. 熟悉ISO/TS16949 要求和质量管理五大工具的要求
   Be familiar with ISO/TS16949 requirement and five qualiyt tools in the quality management requirements
2. 具备TS16949质量管理体系建设与运行维护经验
   TS16949 quality management system construction and maintenance experience
3. 在CJLR实施质量管理体系内审，支持外部审核
   Implement quality management system internal audit, support external audit in CJLR.
4. 追踪审核问题至关闭，协调处理质量管理体系中存在的跨部门过程问题
   Tracking the audit findings till closed, coordination the QMS process issues of cross funcitons.
5. 支持质量文化建设活动实施
   Support the implementation of quality culture activity
6. 具备英语说读写能力
   English reading and writing ability
