职位描述：
Responsibilities：
Responsible for overall management of the plant operations with keen focus in production, quality, manufacturing engineering, maintenance,purchasing,IT and logistics
Management of plant manufacturing operations including, but not limited to; sheet metal, fabrication, welding, assembly, testing.
To establish an environment of continuous improvement, resulting ever increasing targets, through the development of lean manufacturing and operations functional excellence across the plant
Ensure facility success through a properly trained workforce
Responsible for continuous wastage reduction and quality improvement
Make effective utilization of resource and production capacity
Ensure production environment safety and prevent any accidents in production
Provide leadership through effective communication, coaching, training and development
Establish and monitor overall plant performance in the areas of quality, cost, delivery, and safety
Keep good relationship with government authorities

Requirement：
Bachelor degree.
More than 12 years manufacturing experience,at least 3 years equal position experience
Production management in mechanical industry,
MNC experience
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of quality system and lean manufacturing
Strong in people management/development/communication/coordination
