职位描述：
This candidate will be responsible for the development of new reports, forms and discoverer queires for Oracle financial modules, as well as the support and maintenance of existing production systems, will work with business users and IT team members to validate business requirements that are needed to create custom mission critical business applications.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities will include providing subject matter expertise regarding capabilities of standard systems Oracle Release 11iERP. Developing new forms, reports and discoverer reports, customizing existing standard Oracle Financial develiered modules.
Strong ability to identify and translate business requirement into technology solutions, including performing mapping, testing and all implementation activities.
Assisting business users with development and documentation of key business processes.
Performing analysis to identify gaps in capabilities of standard system.
Create test transactions and run tests to find errors and confirm program needs specifications. Analyze codes to find causes of errors and revise programs.
Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, corrections and installation.
Provide off-hours support on a rotating basis to resolve critical problems if they occur
Train end-users or technical support staff to use custom programs.
Manage Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) with Oracle support.
Communicate status of initiatives with business owners and stakeholders regularly to assigned manager.
Recommending changes in methods, procedures, or policies to improve Oracle performance and initiate change accordingly
Performing other related duties as assigned

Minimum Required:
3-5 years experience with Oracle Financials 11i (GL, AP, PO, AR, TCA, FA, CM).
Experience on at least one implementation with Oracle Financials version 11.5.10 or higher.
3-5 years experience building reports with Oracle 9i and Oracle Discoverer.
3-5 years experience building/modifying GUIs with Oracle Forms 9i.
3-5 years PL/SQL programming and UNIX scripting abilities to build interfaces
Must be capable of independently writing technical specifications based on previously gathered functional requirements.
Familiar with Oracle AIM methodology. Must be able to write business requirements, process flows, meeting minutes and other various documents.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to fluently communicate with internal and customer technical staffs, as well as business leaders in English and Chinese.
Must be capable of building, testing, and documenting the necessary programs.
Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems
Must have a minimum 5 years of Oracle Applications experience, a BS degree in a technical discipline or a BS degree in a non-technical discipline with a proven employment record that demonstrates technical competence.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and results-driven.
Ability to work under pressure and in meeting commitments and obligations.
Desired:
Masters degree in Computer Science, a working knowledge of Oracle JDK Developer tools, Oracle Workflow, SQL Tuning/Optimization, EDI and Discoverer will be a plus. 举报 分享
