Basic Function: Brief statement indicating why the role exists and its function
This position is designed to guarantee that the Industrial control principles are respected and implemented in Harbin.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position and the authority level of the position (i.e., budget approval)
Main responsibilities will include:
Support Manufacturing Operations Harbin for Industrial Finance
Standard costing, product costing, product margin analysis, budget and forecast standardization, variance analysis, inventory controls, Capital Expenditure Controls, business process improvements through WCM, audit remediation, footprint analysis, and new facility startup support.
Implement industrial KPIs
Benchmark industrial processes to best in class practices
Job Requirements and qualifications: Describe the basic requirements of the position
Plant Controllership (min. 3 years)
Experience corresponding with Internal Audit and developing and implementing audit remediation plans
Accounting Designation or 5 years accounting experience equivalent.
Masters level degree in management.
Experience with International Business Environment.
Footprint analysis experience.
Extensive experience in product costing and cost accounting under various costing methodologies (standard, actual, average) including variance analysis.
Ability to adapt and adjust to a variety of business systems and operating environments.
Experience in WCM as a method of continuous business improvement.
Additional job requirements (if any): Include eligibility, mobility, languages and proficiency, specific CNH work experience
Ability to co-ordinate and work with many different functional groups and across several platforms.
Strong Communication skills.
Fluent English
Competencies and/or Key Behaviors: Indicate 3 to 5 most essential competency and behavior requirements
Self directing and self motivated towards improvement of industrial controls
Work with minimal supervision.
Ability to develop and implement vision of World Class industrial controls
Ability to liase with CNH counterparts in NAR, EUR and LAR regions to determine best practices for industrial controls.
