Responsibilities
1.Uses available data & insights to provide sound merchandising / marketing / promotional / product optimization recommendations for customers.
2.Lead to define a robust eCommerce business strategy as well as comprehensive execution plan to achieve online aspiration
3.Establishes business reporting/KPI’s to ensure progress against objectives and communicates back to the organization.
4.Traces the short, mid and long term growth strategy to develop the account(s) partnership and seeks alignment from all relevant areas within the organization to ensure strategy is successfully executed.
5.Lead business development in key online platforms, build up strong strategic partnership with key eCommerce platforms (e.g., Tmall /JD/YHD) to purse joint collaborative efforts
6.Work with marketing team, agencies, online platforms to launch marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness & affinity and ultimately drive online sales growth
7.Define online product assortment, promotion and pricing tactics, with a harmonized alignment with offline channels to avoid channel conflict
8.Collaborate with supply chain team to align on eCommece channel supply chain management (e.g., online demand planning, etc.)
9. Management Tmall /JD/YHD data to distill consumer insights and further optimize business operation
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years working experience in eCommerce function;
2. Strong understanding of the digital landscape and of the eCommerce market
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English
