● Dynamics AX 2012实施
Dynamics AX 2012 Implementation
○ 和销售部门及业务部门合作,给潜在客户演示系统及说明
Cooperate with sales and business departments to demo and explain how the system will help their business
○ 财务,采购,销售,库存等模块的咨询及实施工作
Implementation and consulting work related to Finance, Purchasing, Sales and Inventory modules
○ 和开发团队及业务部门合作,对客户需求进行行业特点评估并提出解决方案
Work with development team to provide solutions according to their industry and business characters
○ 产品质量监控和测试
Quality assurance and testing
○ 上线后的培训和支持
Post-live training and support
● 其他任务
Other Duties
○ 执行上级分配的与软件相关的任务和特殊项目
Implement special projects and duties relating to software as directed by managers
○ 作为公司内部职员,对管理层提出工作相关的意见建议
As an employee of the company, provide suggestions and opinions to the management level of the company
○ 酌情参予相关活动(资源现场,客户培训等)
Participate in related events, as appropriate (resource on-site, client training, etc.)

Professional Skills
○ 熟悉Dynamics AX的财务、采购、销售、库存等模块
Knowledge of Dynamics AX implementation about Finance, Purchasing, Sales and distribution, Inventory related modules.
○ 熟悉Dynamics AX和其相关微软产品的技术知识,包括SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint and Visual Studio Pro
Technical and functional knowledge of the Dynamics AX product and supporting Microsoft Technologies including SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint and Visual Studio Pro
○ 能够通过客户的业务流程分析需求、形成文档,演示Demo
Can make requirement documents and demo by understanding customer’s business workflow
○ 很强的分析能力,能与客户用英文沟通
Strong analytical ability, can communicate with customers in English
○ 数据迁移及集成
Knowledge and experience with data migration/integration
○ 独立完成工作和团队和作能力
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
● 其他技能
Other Skills
○ 能及时通过邮件,电话,或其他电子通讯方式回答相关问题
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
○ 自我激励,细节为导向并且有条理的
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
○ 良好地沟通(口头和书面),人际交往,组织和表达能力
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
○ 良好地英语沟通能力优先
Excellent English communication skill is a plus
教育背景 Educational Background
○ 学士或本科毕业或同等工作经验
Bachelor degree or job experience providing similar skills
○ 计算机,管理信息系统及财务相关专业
Computer Science, MIS and Accounting related majors
经验 Experience
○ 至少5年以上的Microsoft Dynamics AX 财务及贸易行业实施经验
At least 5 years of Finance and trading industry implementation in Microsoft Dynamics AX
○ 有整个实施流程经验者优先
Experience with full life cycle implementations of AX is a huge plus
○ 持Dynamic AX相关证书者优先
Dynamics AX Certifications a huge plus
