Position Summary
To evaluate lab dips & bulk fabrics. Works with mills and suppliers to achieve our color standards.
?Evaluate lab dips visually & by spectral measurements
?Evaluate bulk dye lots visually & by spectral measurements
?Ensure color continuity in bulk production

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
?Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Textile Chemistry/Technology
?Minimum 3 years experience as colorist or relevant job and prefer to have working experience in dyeing/finishing mills
?Tested superior color discrimination skills
?Fabric and dyeing education and experience
?Capable of making sound judgment on color deviations and providing candid advice to mills and dyeing house to achieve required colors
?Thorough knowledge of colors and characteristics of dyestuff applied for apparel industry
?Proficiency in using Data Color spectrophotometer and Color Tools software
?Independent, resourceful and able communicate effectively with fabric mills and U.S. customers
?Sound organizational and administrative skills with actual supervisory experience
?Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English, both written and oral 举报 分享
