Summary of Client 公司简介:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and managing the high-performance development team, guide and motivate team members to develop their potential and improve their performance.
2. Define and update product development responsibilities together with senior management.
3. Finalize project targets, set priorities, fix milestones and keep time schedules.
4. Support / cooperate with different departments to develop qualified products that meet field application and series production requirements.
5. Improve product development and qualification procedures to comply with company quality system.
6. Support to improve project design-in process to shorten development cycle time and sample lead time.
7. Understand the components industry trends, establish strategic goals together with senior management.
Job Requirements:
1. University degree in natural sciences or engineering related to function, production or application of varistors, preferably electrical engineering, electronics, material sciences, electro ceramics, physics ,Knowledge of electronic / electrical components and their application.
2. At least 8 years of experience in developing electronic / electrical components, ever engaging in varistor development would be preferred.
3. Leading a department or team with managers and experts.
4. Experience in project management.
5. Experience in communication and negotiation with international customers.
6. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
