Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 建立及管理一支高绩效的研发团队(约40人),指导及激励团队成员发挥其潜能和提升工作绩效;
Building and managing the high-performance development team (~ 40 persons), guide and motivate team members to develop their potential and improve their performance.
2. 与管理高层一起定义及更新产品研发的职责;
Define and update product development responsibilities together with senior management.
3. 确定项目目标,设定优先级,确定里程碑并保证工作进度;
Finalize project targets, set priorities, fix milestones and keep time schedules.
4. 与不同部门合作,开发合适的产品,以满足客户域应用和批量生产的要求;
Support / cooperate with different departments to develop qualified products that meet field application and series production requirements.
5. 改善产品开发和认证程序,以符合公司质量体系要求;
Improve product development and qualification procedures to comply with company quality system.
6. 改善产品设计过程,以缩短研发周期及样品交货时间;
Support to improve project design-in process to shorten development cycle time and sample lead time.
7. 了解元器件行业的趋势,与管理高层一起确立战略目标。
Understand the components industry trends, establish strategic goals together with senior management.

Job Requirements职位要求:
1. 本科学历或以上学历,自然科学或与压敏电阻的功能、生产或应用相关的工程专业,最好是电气工程、电子、材料科学、电陶瓷、物理专业,具有电子/电气元器件及其应用的专业知识;
University degree in natural sciences or engineering related to function, production or application of varistors, preferably electrical engineering, electronics, material sciences, electro ceramics, physics ,Knowledge of electronic / electrical components and their application.
2. 十年以上电子元器件开发经验(最好有压敏电阻的开发经历),其中三年以上任职研发部门经理或以上的职位;
At least 10 years of experience in developing electronic components (varistors product would be preferred), of which over 3 years in Senior Manager/ Director position.
3. 优秀的团队领导力,领导有经理和专家的团队;
Leading a department or team with managers and experts.
4. 具有优秀的项目管理能力;
Experience in project management.
5. 具有与全球客户沟通和谈判的能力;
Experience in communication and negotiation with international customers.
6. 英文读写良好,若能流利交流则会更佳。
Good reading and writing English, if would be preferred if can speak fluent English.
