Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world. The main products are film capacitors, power factor correction capacitors, leaded resistors, energy resistors, strap and block resistors, ICL sensors and NTC sensors.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: Senior Manager- Facility & EHS
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 协助部门整理与规范化项目管理,维护保养等管理程序；
2. 协助部门整理与规范管理项目资料，图纸，包括历史资料与图纸等；
3. 协助部门做好项目包含土建，结构，机电和有关环境，节能项目的规划，设计及项目预算管理等；
4. 同咨询公司，设计院，监理公司及相关政府部门积极沟通；
5. 项目规划许可证，施工许可证，消防工程的报建与报验等相关动工,验收手续及政府报建的相关证书办理；
6. 项目现场协调设计院，咨询公司，监理公司及施工方等相关方，监督项目质量，项目进度及项目安全等相关事情；
7. 协调设计院，咨询公司，监理公司及施工方等相关方组织好项目验收工作。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. 正规大学，学士学位，制冷通风或暖通空调等相关专业；
2. 五年以上制冷通风或暖通空调等工程咨询，工程管理及工程造价管理经验；
3. 熟悉中国建筑有关标准，知晓中国有关建筑法律要求，比如混凝土结构设计与施工及验收规范，钢结构设计及施工验收规范，建筑防火相关规范及制冷通风或暖通空调设计,施工及验收规范等；
4. 有丰富的暖通空调项目，机电建造及土建项目规划，设计，建造及现场管理经验；
5. 有丰富的同设计院，咨询公司,监理公司,及安装施工公司沟通交流经验；
6. 有丰富的同政府相关部门打交道及项目报建经验的经验；
7. 电脑熟练，会用AutoCAD绘制建筑，空调的设计图，会用PPT及项目管理软件做相关项目报告；
8. 英文说听读写流利。
