SUMMARY
Be responsible for coaching and training the partner factories on Lean related projects and tracking the project implementation progress, evaluating the results and resolving the problems encountered by factories. Assist on some other special projects assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involve in general Lean manufacturing system building up, including training topics selection, training documents preparation, Lean project evaluation criteria set up
- Coaching our partner factories on Lean projects implementation, including progress tracking, execution following, problems resolving and result evaluation, etc.
- Leading or involving some other special projects assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree and above
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a reputable footwear company in continuous improvement or lean department, and experience in project management, production, commercialization and development will be a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of Lean system and project management
- Comprehensive knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes.
- Good verbal and written English communication skill.
- Computer literate
- Preferably college graduate or footwear technical school graduate
