职位描述：
Key responsibility:
Manage and train Supervisors and Inspectors to provide a high quality inspection service in South China.
Identify and record problems and vendor quality performance and provide solutions to any non-conformities relating to the inspection service and quality system.
Monitor, control and provide timely report in QA inspection operation.
Claim and returns analysis and provide CAP reports
Monitor pre-production, in-line, pre-final and final inspections depending on resource and customer requirements.
Ensure effectively that there are enough resources in the Quality Assurance Department to inspect shipments in South China as required.
Be able to direct and discipline staff independently.
Ensure the implementation of initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity, ethic issue, integrity within the inspection service and management system.
Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by supervisor/ management report line.


Key requirements:
University or technical institute graduates of relevant studies.
10 years’ related experience in various consumer products such as electrical appliances, lighting, electronics products, toys, cookware, table top, ceramic, metal ware, beauty care products etc
