Job description
Candidate needs to demonstrate leadership and could effectively bridge IBM worldwide System z resources and location teams to roll out new initiative, advocate System z CICS/CICSPlex value proposition during the competitive customer engagements.

Candidate should have in-depth technical skills and thorough understanding of System z CICS/CICSPlex solutions based on IBM Parallel Sysplex,Coupling Facility,Storage system, as well as the capability of performance analysis and problem determination. It is also important that candidate can customize CICS/CICSPlex solutions based on specific customer requirements. In addition, candidate should be capable of implementing CICS VR,CICS TG/CFDT Server/TSQ Sever etc.function component in the CICSPlex solutions.

Candidate will be responsible for CICS related post-sales technical support, new solution promotion, architecture design, solution demo, proof of concept tasks, and major clients' satisfaction issue handling, etc.

Have 5+ years working experience on System z CICS/CICSPlex solutions and project delivery.
With 1+ years working experience in Global or Cross-country role
CICS/CICSPlex implementation experience and large data center CICS system programmer experience is preferred.

Required Skills
In-depth or hands-on experience in the following areas:
- System z CICS/CICSPlex installation,setting up and customization
- System z CICS/CICSPlex upgrade and migration plan and implementation
Proficiency in the maintenance of IBM CICS software,including CICS/CICSPlex daily operation and administrative procedures
- CICS/CICSPlex performance monitoring and tuning, and related tools
Skilled at troubleshooting problems in a CICS environment, with strong dump analysis skills using IPCS
Experience working with: Cobol / Assembler, VSAM, JCL, RACF, IPCS, CICS Performance Analyzer, IBM Utilities and CICS-DB2 interface, diagnostic tools such as Omegamon/CICS and Mainview for CICS
- Skilled at widely used CICS new functions such as IPIC and TCPIP Sockets,WEB Service etc.
- Good Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Good communication skills and strong leadership
- Good Consultative Skills
- Able to work independently or as a good team member
