职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1. Reporting to Senior Engineering Manager,
2. Lead the electronic system designs and resolving design related issues during product development.
3. Review, critique and contribute technical engineering projects and communicate status, issues and decisions to global team members.
4. Develop, train and mentor the electronics team and conduct necessary general management activities.
5. Drive R&D team and Contract Manufactures (CM) to propose and implement yearly cost reduction programs and work closely with all CM, suppliers, design houses, labs and testing centers during the whole product development life cycle.
Job Requirement
1. Degree holder in Electronics Engineering,
2. Have at least 10 years of experience of electronics design for consumer market along with 5 years above on a managerial position.
3. Have extensive exposure to EMS compliance testing, hardware debugging and knowledge of PCB and speakers.
4. Excellent bilingual communication skills along with project management and leadership skills are essential.
5. Experience with Home Appliance (high voltage) is a plus. 举报 分享
