职位描述：
Job Description
Purchasing based on operation needs, communication with suppliers, issuing of PO, PO data entry/update, monitoring delivery schedules, receipt of materials & goods, and payment approval documentation.
Collect sales forecast from sales / customer service / product management, and maintain forecast in BPCS.
Work closely with product management to establish and optimize production schedule.
Regularly update production schedule in BPCS.
Work with production department to improve efficiency through job sequencing and accurate planning.
Coordinate with production and QA to support on-time delivery.
Analyse current situation and set a reasonable inventory level.
Regularly monitor forecast/order change and adjust RM plan accordingly.
Work with purchase/logistics/customer service closely to understand and manage the RM/FG delivery plan.
Regularly review and clean up Aged, Obsolete and Quarantine stock.
Assist to provide customs declaration documents?

Requirements:
3-5years experience in PMC area
Excellent communication skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Good analysis & computer skills.
Prefer experience working for USA / EU / MNC Company.
Prefer experience in plastics or chemical industry.
