职位描述：
结构设计（3D）设计工程师
岗位职责：
1. 负责公司产品ID分析及可行性分析，检讨ID设计的可实现性、可制造性、可量产性，并给出合理的改善意见；
2. 熟悉产品开发流程，对产品结构设计认识深刻，能够对产品结构及工艺提出有效改进方案，能独立完成产品的结构2D/3D 设计，组织结构评审会议；
3. 负责整体展架可靠性验证，性能优化，组装工艺优化改进等试产转量产的工程支持；
4. 负责对产品结构技术上的确定；
5. 负责对接采购及质量，与其他部门一起推动项目按时完成交付计划；
6. 负责对接生产组装，根据计划进行组装跟线，发现并改善问题点；
7. 帮助处理生产中出现的技术问题，优化生产工艺和产品结构；
8. 引进新工艺，新材料，新技术预研并验证，使公司能保持业绩技术设计的领先地位，为后期结构设计积累经验；
9. 结构质量分析，结构售后质量问题分析，结构共性问题分析，结构硬件交流等。

任职要求：
1. 对材料、工艺、力学分析和机械设计有较深的理解，并具备创新思维；
2. 具有独立设计能力，具备独立解决技术问题的能力，具备一定的策划分析能力；
3. 了解复合材料、塑胶，五金等工艺 ，有一定的包装设计经验，具备良好沟通表达能力，有团队协作精神；
4. 5年以上结构设计经验，熟练运用机械结构设计软件，公司仅使用SOLIDWORKS、CAD设计软件。熟练使SOLIDWORKS进行3D建模、工程图纸；
5. 具有展具行业相关的结构设计经验优先；
6. 熟悉ISO图纸标准，有良好的2D图纸制作习惯；
7. 工作严谨细致，有良好的工作习惯和工作方法，具有较强的抗压能力及应变能力，有良好的沟通能力及项目管理能力。

Mechanical Solutions Engineer（3D）
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for product ID and feasibility analysis, review the achievability and manufacturability of ID designs, including suitability for mass production; present reasonable suggestions for improvement
2.Familiar with product development workflow, have a deep understanding of mechanical design, can present effective solutions for improving product design and workmanship, can work independently to complete 2D/3D product designs, organize design review meetings
3.Responsible for verification of overall display reliability, improvements to functionality, optimizing assembly processes, and other engineering support during the transition from prototyping to mass production
4.Responsible for making technical determinations related to the structural design of products
5.Work with Procurement, Quality, and other teams to push projects to completion and meet delivery plans
6.Communicate with and observe production assembly team to discover and improve upon potential problem points
7.Assist in resolving issues found during production, improve production processes and product structure
8.Introduce new industrial processes, new materials, and new technology for study and verification, allowing the company to maintain our position as a leader in technical design and accumulate experience to inform future designs
9.Structural quality analysis, analysis of post sales quality issues, analysis of general mechanical issues, communication regarding structure and hardware

Requirements:
1.Deep understanding of materials, industrial processes, mechanical analysis, and mechanical design in addition to an innovative mindset
2.Ability to work independently to create designs, resolve technical issues, and engage in related planning and analysis
3.Solid understanding of the processes for composite materials, plastics, hardware, etc.; some experience with packaging design; tea player and able to communicate ideas well with others
4.At least 5 years of mechanical design experience, proficient with mechanical design software. We only use Solidworks CAD software. Proficient in using Solidworks to build 3D models and create engineering drawings
5.Candidates with experience in the retail display industry preferred
6.Familiarity with ISO drawing standards, good drawing habits
7.Must have a rigorous eye for detail; strong work ethic; flexible and able to work under pressure; able to communicate well with others; good project management ability 举报 分享
