职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.接单后管理、跟踪和协调项目，确保按照合同要求如期执行项目（交付、质量等等）；
2.与管理团队筹备和组织会议就订单做详细说明；
3.按照时间表制作计划、成本和方案；
4.确保把项目成本控制在预算范围内；
5.引导由采购工程师、设计工程师、生产经理和其他相关的项目成员组成的项目小组；
6.按照例会要求跟进项目；
7.按照项目成本控制商业风险。

任职要求：
1.电子或机械工程或英语类相关专业本科毕业；
2.至少5年以上电子或机械行业项目管理及销售经验；
3.熟悉项目管理工具；
4.具备良好的英文阅读和表达能力，能和外籍人员进行正常交流沟通，能在全英文环境下工作。

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1.Manage the fulfillment of purchase orders received, follow up on and coordinate projects, ensure projects are completed on time and according the contract (lead time, quality, etc.)
2.Arrange and organize meetings with the management team to detail project requirements
3.Plan project timeline, cost, and solutions
4.Ensure projects stay within budget
5.Lead small project teams made up of procurement engineers, design engineers, production management, and other related team members
6.Hold regular meetings to follow up on projects
7.Control project cost and risks

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, English, or related field
2.At least 5 years or project management and sales experience in the electronics or machine industry
3.Familiar with project management tools
4.Strong ability to understand and express oneself in written English, can engage in regular communication with foreigners, can work in an English business environment

项目经理要求有熟练的英语口语表达能力并能准确地翻译所有的项目资料。
2)良好的沟通技能
合格的项目经理首先必须融入团队，与客户及团队成员紧密沟通。同时项目经理要有敏锐的洞察力，依据不同的性格特征找到与他人协作的适当方式，确保项目目标的达成。
3)丰富的国际贸易经验
项目经理要求精通外贸出口流程，国际贸易条款，并能带领团队规避贸易风险，确保货物及时出运。
4)善于解决问题，处理突发事件
项目经理要承担责任，带领团队去解决问题并克服各种挑战。丰富的供应商管理经理及精通物料有助于帮助项目经理用各种方式解决问题。
5)相关制造业背景
项目经理需具备三年以上制造业背景，了解基本的制造工艺，工程和材料方面的基础知识。
6)较强的学习能力
项目经理要有快速掌握相关行业知识的意愿和能力。如：电子行业基础知识，工程术语（电子，塑料，包材，钣金，机械等）
7)熟练运用项目管理工具
项目经理要熟练运用各种项目管理工具，如：To-Dos, milestones, Gantt chart等，同时要精通各种办公软件，如： Excel，Word，PPT，Outlook等。依据项目进度，项目经理制定具体可行的项目规划，并严格执行项目计划。在项目过程中适当记录，总结，反思并与团队成员分享。
8)提高视野和风险控制能力
项目经理须具备出色的前瞻视野，能预测并发现问题，提前规避风险，节约项目时间和成本。这是评价项目经理水平的主要指标。
9)出色的领导能力
项目经理要能很好地激励团队，积极挖掘团队成员的潜质，具备承受高压的心理素质。所有Lynx项目都是团队成员共同努力的结果，凝聚着所有团队成员的心血和智慧，包括工程师，采购，产线员工及其他的支持部门。因此，项目经理要善于激励，表扬，并提拔那些在自己岗位上有出色表现的员工。
10)成本意识
作为管理职位，项目经理需要有很好的成本意识并保持高效的工作效率。只有具备这样的理念才能更好地理解公司文化并与公司其他部门良好协作。
11)挑战意识
所有的项目经理都要以乐观的心态去面对困难和挑战，积极进行自我提升（时刻记住：如果没有个人的进步和提高，将会随时被下一个候选人所取代）



Requirements:
1) Good command of English (Lynx Level: CET 6)
A qualified Lynx PM should be able to speak English fluently and translate all project documents accurately. Excellent oral English is a plus to candidates.
2) Excellent communication skills:
A qualified Lynx PM should first work hard and make efforts to ensure himself/herself accepted and welcomed by his/her customers and team members and then try every means to identify other people’s personalities and find out an appropriate way to communicate well with them, so as to achieve project goals.

3) Rich experiences in international trade business:
A qualified Lynx PM should master the procedures of commodities exportation process flow, customs regulations, and trade incoterms, being able to lead the team to well manage transportation and reduce the trade risk.

4) Strong abilities on solving problems and handling emergency cases:
A qualified Lynx PM should be willing to take on responsibilities to lead the team to find solutions and overcome various challenges. Being experienced in sourcing and knowing well about different materials will greatly help a PM to gain various methods of solving problems.

5) Manufacturing work background
More than 3 years of work experience in manufacturing industry will be a basic requirement for Lynx PM, mastering some basic manufacturing workmanship, engineering knowledge and material features.

6) Fast learning ability:
A qualified PM should be willing to learn and fast acquire all relevant knowledge in certain industries. Eg. Some basic electronic knowledge and technical language.(Electronics, plastics, packaging materials, hardware, mechanism)

7) Mastering PM Tools:
A qualified PM should be skilled in using all kinds of PM tools, such as To-Dos, milestones, Gantt chart, etc. And should master computer software, such as Microsoft word, excel, ppt, outlook, etc. Make plans that are specific, realistic, measurable and achievable, and strictly follow your work plans. Make summaries at regular intervals. Summarize all failure and success, ensure improvement and share your experience with your team members.

8) Perspective foresight
A qualified PM should have outstanding perspective foresight to predict and discover problems, and settle all troubles in advance, saving time and cost. This is the key criteria to measure the level of a PM.

9) Leadership: A qualified PM should be able to inspire a team to perform and develop their talents and intelligence, and fulfill all tasks under work pressure. None of the projects in Lynx can be completed well without great teamwork, every success consists of diligence and intelligence of our engineers, buyers, workers, and many other supporters. Therefore, encouragement, praises, awards and promotions should be allocated to people respectively on contributions they have made.

10) Cost consciousness:
As in a managerial position, PM should always remember to take into consideration of the project cost and never stop chasing high efficiency of work. With this concept in mind, we may better understand the company idea and be willing to cooperate with other departments in our company.

11) Awareness of challenges:
All PMs should stay stressed on achievements (always remember there is another candidate there waiting to replace you if you do NOT move forward) and be optimistic for all challenges and obstacles. 举报 分享
