FUNCTION SUMMARY:
Develop and secure the manufacturing quality needs to deliver products in compliance to the WSI requirements and ensure good quality products are produced and delivered on time to satisfying our customer expectations.

JOB SUMMARY:
Lead the manufacturing quality aspects of new products implemented into production and secure running production with consistent quality produced and delivered from our vendors. This function will lead activities connected to product and production improvement of existing products to secure good quality and compliance to all relevant requirements. This job is carried out in close cooperation with sourcing team and vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead and Secure
？ Quality Assurance in production and ensure key process control parameters are set and followed by vendors.
？ Identify key risk areas and align actions to mitigate such risk during the production and follow up of the effective implementation.
？ Perform Product audits/ inspections to secure final inspection with regular follow up and feedback to the vendors regarding quality performance and work proactively to improve Customer satisfaction.
？ Communicate WSI requirements clearly ensure implementation
？ Train and calibrate production inspectors and final inspectors to secure only good quality product that meets our standards leaves the factory.
？ Improvement projects related to production processes and share best practices / knowledge by gathering and conveying product and production experiences to create pre-conditions for the suppliers to take full responsibility for their performance.
？ Product deviation with sense of urgency towards the causing part and capture learning from such product deviations. Secure root-cause analysis, stock correction and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for received customer feedback.
？ The product documentation is created and maintained at vendors for WSI and ensure the production implemented those requirements.
？ Evaluate potential new supplier’s production facilities and quality systems 举报 分享
