职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Gathers information concerning the capabilities of company products
Investigates the technical capabilities of company products and competing equipment
Analyses customer problems and develop solutions and plan satisfy customer needs.
Works directly with customer to develop product design/quality requirements.
Works on resolving technical problems of diverse scope that may involve internal commercial, Ops, SC team and customer.
Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.


Education & Experience
BSc. or higher with Engineering/Science Major

Required Skills
Good Oral/written English communication skill
8+ years Product development engineering/Application Engineering/Technology experience
Detail oriented and able to perform with limited supervision
Conviction and passion for the discipline
Self motivated, independent, flexible, quick learner
Excellent computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office)
Customer oriented; meets customer needs with quality results
Ability to build effective working relationships with others
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Able to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems.
