职位描述：
PI Manager

负责扬州工厂注塑产品线的整体运营管理。
要求10年以上注塑部门管理工作经验

Job Descriptions:
? Accountable for the P&L of PI (Plastic Injection) unit.
? Formulate and implement PI strategy (example; double shots, rubber + plastic injection technology etc.) to achieve business objectives and keep up with present market trend.
? Based on Monthly Company forecast, develop and implement plans to increase PI capacity according to market demand.
? Ensure on time delivery with the right quality and minimum cost;
? Improve Operations effectiveness with lowest possible scrap rate.
? Lead the Engineering team to ensure smooth production start.

Requirements:
? At least 15 years working experience in PI Company as Sr. Position.
? At least 10 years solid Plastic injection manufacturing experience in electrical and mechanical products; FMCE; RCU; cell Phone experience will be an advantage;
? With technical background is essential especially plastic tooling
? Be an entrepreneur with strong business development skill;
? Have excellent Chinese and average English communication and people management skills;
? Stationed in China factory.
