职位描述：
Purpose
Keep daily lab operation with high EHS and quality level, compliance with legal/government/company requirement. Fully product control to meet customer specification, training lab team member to meet KPI.

Responsibilities
-Manage recruitment, selection and acquisition activities with QM for lab technician
-Provide professional product/testing skill /quality control knowledge and experience for lab technician.
-Manage lab to meet legal and company requirement.
-Maintenance testing equipment ,Arrange annual 3rd party calibration
-Coordinate with other function to solve quality issue,Set up product inspection standard
-Sponsor for internal/external audit
-Analysis for customer complaint
-Drive other function for continual improvement
-Provide valuable suggestion to support improvement project

Requirements
-Bachelor degree, prefer in chemical or relative major
-More than 5 years experience in plastic or relative chemical industry, familiar with ISO/ASTM standard
- familiar with plastic industry and relative testing
- familiar with color matching will be prior
-English reading and writing fluently
-Self- motivated and able to work independent with pressure
-Familiar with lab operation and testing equipment management
-Pro-active and good communication skills
