职位描述：
1. Responsibilities: ？ Prepare, check and follow required documents about Export License;
出口许可证（简称EL）申请相关文件的准备、检查和跟踪；
？ Place order to suppliers and closely follow;
给德国工厂下单并且跟踪；
？ Follow projects, from signed contract till signed FAC and 100% project value paid. Including checking the daily payment status, issuing Bank Guarantee, following shipping instructions, transferring requirements about FAC;
跟踪项目，从签订合同到项目验收通过、合同尾款收讫的全过程。包括检查项目收款、开立银行保函、指示发运输通知、传递预计到达时间和终验收相关要求等；
？ Order processing in SAP;
SAP系统里处理订单；
？ Update Order Overview list everyday;
每天更新Excel订单概况信息；
？ Follow up internal orders and coordinate lending business;
内部订单处理和协调借机业务；
？ Bidding documents preparation;
招标文件准备；
？ Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

1. Academic Background: Bachelor degree or above , Major in Economics, Business Management, Logistics, English 本科以上学历，主修经济学，工商管理，物流，英语等专业
2. Which major preferred: International Trade, logistics management, business management, accounting 国际贸易，物流管理，工商管理，会计等专业
3. Working experience: Order Processing , Sales Administration or Sals support experience 有订单处理，销售管理或销售支持经验者优先考虑
4. Knowledge and skills: MS-Office熟练使用办公软件
5. Language: Good command of English, especially in written.英语能力优秀,特别是书面
6. Other specific requirements: Honest, self-discipline and team-work. 诚实，自律，具有团队精神
