Job Description:
Sr Automation Engineer is responsible for execution of automation projects for equipment in a memory card manufacturing and packaging environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Process mapping between manual and automation
2. Supplies Capability Analysis and Sourcing
3. Provide concept and mock-up prototype process on the machine base
4. Support planning, performing and/or coordination of automation projects to ensure timely completion
5. Manage the machine supplier for the concept actualization.
6. Setup the auto machine and work with Mfg Engineering for the trial run
7. Support Procurement Team for the functionality requirement on price negotiation
8. Cost Reduction Initiatives from process automation perspective
Requirements:
1. Major in Mechanical & Electronics, Automation, Mechanical, or similar bachelor degree as minimum.
2. Minimum 8 years working experience with automation projects and production environments.
3. Experience and knowledge on robotic automation application and equipment such as industry sensors, actuator, controller and etc.
4. Experience on mechanical design and draft the design using Solidwork and AutoCAD
5. Experiences in industry data network
6. Experience on microcontroller programming
7. Accountable for results with proactive attitude
8. Creative, self-motivated, actively participate in specific initiatives and promote positive company culture
9. Open-minded and ready for change, fast learning
10. Cooperate and collaborate with business partners with good teamwork spirit
11. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
