职位描述：
工作内容：
1.制定测试计划，撰写测试文档和测试报告，保证产品质量；
2.研究和引进新的测试工具和测试方法，持续改进测试过程，提高测试效率；
3.积极密切地与开发人员沟通合作，推动产品质量问题快速及时有效的解决；

任职资格：
1.具有3年以上软件功能或性能测试及搭建自动化测试平台的实际项目经验；
2.精通一种或几种自动化测试方法或工具，或者LoadRunner等性能测试工具；
3.熟练多线程及多进程编程 , 熟练掌握一门计算机语言如Python, Perl, Shell, Ruby，JAVA Script 等相关语言；
4.具有较强的逻辑和表达能力，工作细致认真，有耐心；
5.能适应全英语工作环境；
6.熟悉敏捷测试快速测试者优先； 举报 分享
