职位描述：
Job Description:
Lead customer audit. Prepare the self-audit refer to the Quality System (TS16949 & VDA 6.3) & Environment System (ISO 14001) before the customer audit.

Handle customer's complaints properly & timely, i.e. provide 8D-CARs, follow up the corrective & preventive actions.

Periodically perform process audit at production plant, make sure the actual process control is compliant with the specific Control Plan.

Assist program manager to check the APQP files, e.g. PFC, PFMEA, and Control Plan etc...

Assist in development of AAR & boundary samples to support program launches
Lead & organize the OQC team to conduct OQC inspection, and weekly review the quality performance based on the OQC inspection data. Then, push the OEM plant to improve the quality continually.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, Chemical background would be a plus.
5 above years work experience in quality management. Plastic plating industrial or automotive industrial experience is preferred
Be familiar with TS/16949, ISO 9001, VDA6.3 and ISO 14001.
Be proficient in QC Seven Tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Good communication skills both in Chinese and English. Include: Reading, writing, listening, speaking.
Self-Motivated, and able to work independently
Positive attitude, distinctive team spirit, pushing and ambitious personality.
