Day to Day Responsibilities:
Report to on site QC engineer.
Supporting to generate VI system for CM;
Regularly to Monitor CM OBA performance;
Review the process issues with cross-function team, and support for Failure analysis;
Process abnormal issues verification and propose VI limit samples
Support QA/AE to verify the abnormality issues at customer site and help to collect VOC for internal process continuously improvement
Travel among Corning MFG plant to do inspection alignment/limit sample alignment.
Train and manage onsite inspectors in key customer sites.
Education & Experience
High school Degree or above.
3+ years experiences in visual inspection of cover glass.
Experience in Quality supervisor role with good tracking record
Required Skills
Understanding certain level of written English,
Problem Solving and Analytical skills
Communication skill.
Good at office software and report.
Desired Skills
Management of operators.
Soft Skills
Cross-cultural Sensitivity
Customer Focus
