职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Schedule daily statistical audits with all upholstery Suppliers assigned to them using the AQL 2.5 Statistical Audit Plan.
? Inspect sofa goods in the audit population to insure compliance to La-Z-Boy Quality Standards
? Make final decision on accepting or rejection a container shipment
? Document statistical audit results and generate reports for La-Z-Boy Quality, La-Z-Boy Global, Suppliers, and Supply Chain Team Members
? Develop continuous improvement reports from the statistical audits and present them to La-Z-Boy Quality and Supply Chain Management teams
? Review and analyze statistical audit reports and provide recommendations for reduced, normal, and tightened inspection requirements
? Evaluate Supplier testing data during statistical audits to insure compliance to La-Z-Boy Standards

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? 4 year degree in Business or Quality Management
? Excellent English communication skills prefered.
? Excellent visual color assessment capability
? Computer skills - business software - Word, Excel, and Power Point
? Communication skills - including verbal & written, presentation, negotiation & conflict resolution.
