In the middle chain of the inspection operation , connecting Mexico office with inspector , focusing on complete the inspection report, and send it to Mexico office, in order to make the Mexico customs clearance .
Duties:
1. Organize pictures and complete the inspection reports then send it to Mexico.
2. Solve the problems from Mexico office; help the process of customs clearance.
3. Contact suppliers for some doubts regarding the products and loading
4. Contact inspector, to deal with some questions for the reports.
5. Give the scores to every inspector, according to the inspection report
6. Coordinate some inspections and solve problems on time and in efficient way
7. Check inspector’s work to ensure the quality of the pictures
8. Contact suppliers in a proactive way and get feedback that we need in office
9. Other tasks assign by manager
Requirements:
1.University graduate
2.Good command of written and oral English
3. Basic acknowledge of office software
4. Patience and detail oriented
5. Majored in English,international trade or logistic is a priority

SCOPE OF OUR SERVICE
Supervise the good condition of the container
Count the quantity of packages stuffed into the container.
Count the quantity of pieces per package.
Take detailed photographs of all items stuffed into the container.
Compliance with commercial Official Mexican Standards (NOMs)
Compliance with non-tariff regulations
Validation of the corresponding HS code
Documentary shipments review
