Position：Accounting and HR Assistance Work location：ShenZhen-Futian
Candidate Summary
Accounting and HR Assistance needs to be a most serious person, a sense of responsibility, positive, love their jobs, have a sense of ownership. In the team, assist the relevant personnel to do their daily work. In addition, she need have a keen entrepreneurial spirit, provide good advice to her leadership or team. She should be good at and loving communication, and handle good the relationship between colleagues, devote her enthusiasm and dedication to the Goal company family.
Summary of Responsibilities
Job content refers to accounting, human resource and administrative sections, but mainly job focus on accounting.
1. Check and update inspectors’ expenses carefully every month, reduce over cost according to real expenses.
2. Give training to inspectors on how to make reimbursement.
3. Remind inspectors to send expenses relation and invoices on time.
4. Give final expenses relation to HR & Admin and manager.
5. Audit inspectors’ travel and hotel expenses, avoid fake fapiaos.
6. Calculate part time inspectors’ wage monthly.
7. Gather and review inspectors’ bonus file from logistic assistance, calculate the scores, deduct penalty for late expenses and send feedback to inspectors monthly.
8. Issue and buy invoices monthly and on time.
9. Keep monthly internal reports update.
10. Assist HR with Job Vacancy posting on website or local talent market.
11. Select certain resumes and send to responding person.
12. Assist HR to handle SI or CI things with inspectors or office if necessary.
13. Storage some easy documents and stationary.
14. Deal with different government departments procedures.
15. Fulfill some other daily tasks assigned from your superior and manager.
Knowledge & Education Requirement
1. College degree or above, accounting or related majors are our priority.
2. Fluency in writing and speaking English, CET6 is a must.
Skill Qualification
1. Responsible, careful and patient on work.
2. Proficient in advanced office software, other accounting software will be a plus.
3. Self-motivated and responsible.
4. Honest and self-commitment.
5. Good communication skills and team spirit.
6. Related work experience is not mandatory.
7. Provide a reference document will be a plus.

SCOPE OF OUR SERVICE
Supervise the good condition of the container
Count the quantity of packages stuffed into the container.
Count the quantity of pieces per package.
Take detailed photographs of all items stuffed into the container.
Compliance with commercial Official Mexican Standards (NOMs)
Compliance with non-tariff regulations
Validation of the corresponding HS code
Documentary shipments review
