岗位职责:
协助经理制定年度会员营销管理计划,负责各类会员/市场营销活动策划方案的拟定,跟踪会员/市场营销活动的实施情况,并分析会员消费活动,保有公司全渠道会员价值、提升线上线下门店会员的活跃性与消费力。
1、建立、完善适应市场发展、符合公司经营现状的会员管理制度、操作手册等;
2、针对会员管理制度和操作手册,对各分公司、品牌事业部、电商公司相关人员进行宣导和培训;
3、监督指导终端店铺会员管理制度的执行情况,对终端店铺VIP领域进行指导;
4、对VIP档案进行维护和管理;
5、负责对店铺VIP客户的开拓及维护情况进行监督和跟踪;
6、负责收集同行业信息,掌握服务新动向,敏锐把握VIP客户需求及时分析反馈
7、定期对会员相关数据(如:会员数量、销售额、购买力、忠诚度、活跃度、购买率、购买习惯、VIP反馈信息等)进行整理和分析,为会员销售策略和方案的制定提供数据支持。
8、协助对会员系统的功能和需求进行分析,协助建立和实施可操作性的VIP系统。定期制定具有针对性的会员消费活动策划方案;对线上线下活动策划方案进行实现,并跟踪活动实施效果及优化对应。
9、与集团品牌部、分公司、电商公司合作,协助制定以会员导向的品牌推广计划、促销方案、VIP增值服务,并跟踪执行情况、投入产出分析等;
10、与集团品牌部、分公司、电商公司合作,协助开展形式多样的线上/线下互动的活动,持续加强客户关系。
任职要求:
1、学历要求:本科及以上学历,市场营销,广告或相关专业毕业; 五年以上市场营销/会员管理工作经验
2、熟悉各类推广工具/媒介及形式资源应用、了解内容营销、人群互动引流手段;
2. 具有很强的策划活动能力,文字功底强,有落地活动、会员营销类、鞋服类相关工作经验者优先;
3. 积极主动,有很强的学习能力和沟通协调能力;
4. 时间观念强,能承受较大的工作压力。
