职位描述
Responsibilities
? Oversee the delivery of IT application support contracts to achieve customer satisfaction and fulfill contract commitments
? Based on the ITIL / CMMI standards, establish a set of managed and control process to ensure the delivery of IT application support activities in a consistent manner
? Supervise a team of front end application support of an application support centre to delivery tasks, including but not limited to, problem diagnosis, answering enquiries on system workflow and logic, monitoring and optimizing, compiling statistics for IT applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite
? Manage training and development program of newly recruited members to build up a talent pool of IT professionals
? Analyze performance of application support activities to formulate service improvement program, for example, (1) identifying trends or issues on the IT applications and work out a service improvement program for different parties including third party vendors; and (2) enhancing the process for IT application support activities
? Develop a mature escalation process to ensure timely and effective resolution of unresolved user requests by the back-end IT application support experts.
Requirements
? Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
? 5 years of solid experience in the computing field, of which at least 2 year should have worked in operation management and technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite
? Minimum 3 years Project Management experience in an external client facing, Consulting and Managed Services environment.
? Experience in working with regional distributed users and support teams
? Able to work and communicate effectively with users for explaining technical issues
? Knowledge of ITIL / ISO 20000 / CMMI is an advantage
? Have strong communication & written skills, multi-tasking & delegation skills, high level of interpersonal skills.
? Functional knowledge on Oracle E-Business Suite (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Human Resource, Purchasing, Payables or Receivables) is an advantage
