Our young and fast growing American company, InTouch Services, has seen remarkable growth over the past few years. We've done this by providing outstanding support and service to our clients and a challenging and rewarding atmosphere for our employees.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will assist us in the following roles:
- General administrative duties such as filing, booking hotels, making travel arrangements, etc.
- Finance related tasks such as managing company expense reports, going to the bank, financial filing
- HR related tasks such as visiting government departments and creating reports
You are:
- Interested in business and management, especially from an operations/HR/Admin perspective
- HIGHLY organized, an EXCELLENT communicator, self-motivated, hardworking, DETAIL-oriented
- OUTSTANDING English ability both written and spoken
Growth Opportunities:
This position has the potential to grow into various high-level roles at our company, including:
Admin Manager
Office Manager
Accountant
Director of HR
Compensation:
Starting salary of 5000 RMB per month
13th month salary
Standard insurance and welfare package
Lunch Mon - Fri
Working hours Mon. through Fri, Saturday is "Standby"
Salary growth potential of up to 9,000+ RMB/mth in 3 years for outstanding performance.
