职位描述：
Key result responsibilities
§ Overall responsibility for After Sales business development in Asia according to the Marine Division’s MRP.
§ Formalize and execute the business plan and deliver After Sales budgeted result.
§ Lead the local After Sales business unit and operations.
Specific responsibilities
§ Develop after sales network and opportunities with existing and potential customers and partners in the region.
§ Participate in Division’s product and services development.
§ Ensure proficient networking with local actors (owners, shipyards, subcontractors, suppliers…)
§ Support MOD Sales and Estimation in sourcing local material and coordinating with local subcontractors and partners
§ Conduct on board visits in order to assess inquiries and help customers to express their needs
§ Participate in exhibitions, fairs and meetings to market MARINE Division in the region
Competencies required
§ Sales and business development experience. Entrepreneurial mindset.
§ Managerial Skills.
§ Fluent Chinese, good spoken and written English, Finnish/French a plus.
§ Understanding of Chinese and European business cultures.
§ Cruise market knowledge, Accommodation and galleys a plus.
§ Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project.
