Day to Day Responsibilities:
Settlement of capital funds
Support request to payment process
Support monthly VAT invoice management and tax filing process
Expense report policy check and refresh training
Government statistical reports
Vouchers & Concur Expense reports filing
Contact window with bank, SAFE and vendor etc.
Other work assigned by accountant
Education & Experience
Bachelor degree, accounting or Finance major is preferable
Graduate above and maximum of 2 years’ experience, preferably specialized in AP sector
Experience in manufacturing is a plus
Required Skills
Good command of excel skill
Good command of written English
Desired Skills
Certificate of Accounting Professional is preferable
Knowledge of ERP is an advantage
Soft Skills
Be integrity and commitment
Good communication and team work
Organizing and prioritizing
Fast learner, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines
