职位描述：
工作职责：
1、 发票管理：每日核对发票明细、问题发票的跟进及解决、发票的正确邮寄，积极配合AR账款的管理；
2、 严控管理：每日与相关部门沟通，准时完成系统中严控定单的后续操作；
3、 流程管理：在工作中不断优化操作流程，完成各项工作的KPI要求；
4、 参与每日值班，熟悉从定单到现金的完整流程；
5、 其他与工作相关的任务。

职位要求：
1、 良好的组织协调与执行能力，工作细致周全
2、 自觉、主动地学习意识和学习能力，能承担一定压力；
3、 良好的沟通和人际交往能力，注重团队协作；
4、 熟练使用office 软件(Excel、Word、PPT)；
5、 遵守职业道德，遵守公司制度。
