Job requirement:
- Bachelor's degree holder in BA / BS or equivalent qualification in related discipline
- 8 years or above relevant working experience in training and employee development function with multi-national companies preferred.
- High commitment to people development
- Good facilitation skill especially in delivering supervisory and general staff trainings
- Skillful in interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skill
- Good team player and active learner, assertive and decisive
- Hands on, pays attention to details, works independently
- Willing to travel
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Competent in software / system such as : Excel, PowerPoint, Words, Learning Management System and e-learning tools
Job responsibilities:
Training Program Management
- To identify appropriate training needs according to business direction to formulate and implement yearly training plan for the organization which included both technical competency development and people skills development.
- Fully understand features and designs of different training programs and effectively deploy according to the desired outcomes.
- Assist to develop and facilitate post-training application with program stakeholders to create desired business outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and modify the program based on the training needs and the evaluation.
- Provide advices and/or apply diverse approaches to help participants learn effectively.
- Work with regional training team to implement Corporate training and development programs, initiatives and system
- Produce reports in an effective and professional format and, further, analyze the data and draw the implications.
- Provide LMS team with constructive suggestions to ensure the effectiveness of Learning Management System.
Trainer / Consultant Management
- Evaluate instructor performance. Coaches and develop in-house trainers and provide sound feedback to external consultants.
- Assist to drive a solid in-house trainer / consultant management process.
- Build up professional network and maintain relationship with external training vendors, universities and other relevant institutions
Project management
- Be able to lead or assist on regional and /or global training projects.
- Timely communicate and provide information to project leads, members, and stakeholders with efficient approaches.
- Understand key control points of a project and manage risks to keep the project on track.
- Make timely and accurate judgment for monitoring projects.
- Be nimble to adjust when situation change.
- Engage team members at a timely manner to keep the momentum of the project.
- Constructively express and stand up for own opinions.
Training Facilitation
- Facilitate supervisory and general staff training effectively.
- Proactively invite feedback for continuous improvement.
Coaching & Developing Others
- Proactively coach, mentor, or otherwise helping ULU team members to improve their knowledge or skills
- Be able to lead a virtual project team and hold team members accountable.
Client Management
- Understand clients’ concerns, challenges, needs and expectations
- Provide professional advices and influence middle management and supervisors.
Performs other duties as directed
