QC质量验货员

(Shanghai)

We are looking for the experienced Quality Control to join our Quality Clothing team.

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct bulk inspection –Initial inspection/Inline inspection/Final inspection According to AQL standard. Conduct sewing line top sample evaluation in terms of fitting, measurement, construction / making method, workmanship & functional performance.
• and find solution.
• Check if the quality of the material, trims, and accessories used are correct, safe and functionally reliable.
• Familiar with factory quality management and product process ,help factory improve quality management & product process as requirement
• Help sample improvement in factory sample room as requirement
• Keep audit factory quality level and help bulk production improvement and monitor product process in factory product line.
• Help to check with accessory process, e.g. Embroidery, Print.
  
  

Qualification Requirements:

• Knowledge in garment inspection , fitting , construction, pattern making and grading;
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in garment trading company or buying office; relevant experience in garment factory or socks/hosiery factory will be a definite plus.
• Know garment making, production process, and quality standard ,quality management
• Understand paper pattern, textile knowledge
• Good English communication skills both in speaking and writing

• 了解服装检验，试身，结构，图样制作
• 五年以上贸易或采购公司相关工作经验；具服装工厂经验者优先
• 懂车工做法， 生产程序， 质量标准及生产管理
• 具纸样和放码经验， 了解布料及纺织料名称
• 良好的英语沟通能力

Our team in Shanghai office managing the group of workwear sports, outerwear sports, socks, hosiery. Our Dongguan office is looking after men’s & women's underwear.
