工作内容及职责：
Job Description & Responsibilities

1． 执行电话销售计划：
      Telemarketing plan execution :
Ø 根据公司提供的客户名单（公司系统）寻找目标客户，主动联系客户，推广介绍公司产品；
      According to the provided client list (from IBMS) ,search and contact actively with target clients, introduce BV services;
Ø 通过电话和互联网等联络方式，实现公司产品的销售和市场计划；
      Achieving company’s marketing plan via multiple contact ways including phone , internet ,etc ;
Ø 按照上级制定的业务推广方案进行宣传和销售；
      Proceeding publicity and sales accordingly to the business extension plan formulated by manager;

2． 客户开发与维护：
      Client development and maintenance:
Ø 按照公司要求进行目标客户的搜集与整理，通过电话、邮件、传真等方式开发新客户，了解新客户的需求，促成约见，为公司产品和服务不断提升市场占有率；
      Collecting and sorting target clients per company’s requirements , develop new clients through various ways such as phone ,email,fax,etc;have a good understanding of new client’s demands and help to set up an appointment , constantly increase market share of BV services .
Ø 通过电话、邮件、传真等方式维护与老客户的友好关系，掌握老客户的信息和新需求，不断满足老客户的新需求；
      Maintaining good relationship with regular clients by multiple approaches (Phone ,email , fax , etc ),get primary information about their new demands and help to continuously meet their new demands .
Ø 对新老客户进行电话沟通，了解其对公司产品和服务的使用情况，并记录相关信息，建立和维护客户资料；
      Communicate with new and regular clients to know and record their feedback about our services , establish and maintain customers’ database .
Ø 耐心、友好、详细地回答来电客户关于公司产品与服务的咨询问题，让客户充分了解公司及公司产品和服务的优势；
      Patiently , kindly and detailedly reply to the enquiries about BV services from calling clients , help clients have a strong understanding of the strengths of BV company and BV services .
Ø 进行项目跟踪，及时处理客户反馈信息，促进客户满意度的提升；
      Enhancing customer satisfaction by project tracking and handling customer feedback timely .

3． 市场信息的收集与分析：
      Market information collection and analysis :
Ø 及时通过电话获取各种信息，寻找销售机会，配合客户经理完成公司的销售任务；
      Gain prompt information by phone , seeking sales opportunities , cooperating with sales manager to complete the company sales task .
Ø 记录、汇总客户对公司产品和服务的所有评价和要求等信息，并加以整理分析，形成报告向上级汇报；
      Recording and summarizing all customers’ feedback about BV services , gather all the information and generate a report , then debrief to manager .
Ø 准确记录客户信息并存档。
      Record and save accurate customer information.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

Qualifications:
？ 基本条件：对销售感兴趣者
       Basic conditions: college students and sales interested people .
？ 教育背景：大专（含）以上学历；
       Educational background :College graduated or above;
？ 知识结构：外贸、市场营销、管理类、其他
       Knowledge structure : international trading , marketing , management and others .
？ 培训经历：受过销售技巧、市场、营销等方面的培训。
       Training Experience : With sales skills ,marketing and other aspects of training .
？ 经 验：一年以上电话销售工作经验，熟悉制造业，物流业等行业客户，有电话销售工作经历者优先；
        Experience : One year or above of telephone sales working experience , be familiar with customers in manufacture , logistic and other industries , telephone sales experience is preferred .

Required Skill:
Ø 对行业客户特点较为熟悉；
      Be familiar to industry customer characteristics .
Ø 熟悉电话营销的运作流程和技巧，能友好地通过电话与顾客交谈，并能准确表达需要阐述的信息；
      Be familiar with the telephone sales processes and techniques , be able to talk with customers kindly and express accurate information .
Ø 熟练使用电脑办公软件和销售管理相关软件，能熟练运用电脑辅助自己的工作；
      Good at office software and marketing management software , able to skillfully use computer to work .
Ø 精通电话营销技巧，并能熟练运用。
