职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Accountable for assisting on business development projects, business evaluation & analysis, markets / feasibility studies relating to company’s directions / focus / all business priorities for China;
2. Provide strong analytical support and business development plan;
3. Develop market research, main competitor analysis report to better support management decision making;
4. Identify areas of improvements in the organization and offer advice to management to implement changes;
5. Formulate and implement strategies that help organization to grow organically and achieve financial goals;
6. Explore technology solutions, product, training and sales channels;
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Planning & Development Assistant Project Manager.
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management major will be an advantage
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant business development experience in retail industry
3. Have strong strategic mindset and business acumen
4. Able to drive changes with solid project management experience
5. Strong presentation and communication skills
6. Strong interpersonal skills: work well as part of a cross-functional team and develop effective new partnerships as needed
7. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
8. Sensitivity to confidentiality
9. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
10. Business travel will be necessary
