职位描述：
岗位：高级PCB设计工程师

任职要求：
1. 通信电子类、电磁场与微波专业，；
2. 良好的英语听说能力；
3. 有3～5年的相关PCB design 专业公司工作经验优先；
4. 具备SI、PI、EMC知识理解及实践经验；
5. 有硬件产品公司的单板PCB设计经验、了解PCB的加工及贴片流程；
6. 能熟练运用Mentor EE、Allegro等PCB设计软件。
7.有一定的PCB设计项目的管理经验。
 
岗位职责：
1. 独立负责PCB设计工作
2. 独立负责PCB设计相关PCB制板及贴片工程答复
3. 整理、输出给客户的PCB的光绘文件及生产指导文档
4. 研究新的PCB设计、加工技术；跟踪PCB产业发展，定期输出研究报告
