Position summary



Test Development Manager is responsible for design, planning, integration and develop for the testing strategy and performance evaluation of the remote control and/or home security products. The main tasks will include, but not limit to, the design and develop the test plan from conceptual design to mass production stages. The test development manager should develop, assess, plan, and execute the manufacturing test plan during the product development stages.



Job Description

· Develop the testing strategy of product lines and roadmap for the testing development

· Design and identify the testing software and methodology to maximize the testing productivity

· Owner of the Design for testing and communicate the DFT requirements among the peers

· Optimization of the current testing methodology to seek for productivity improvement

· Driver for root cause analysis during the product development stage and provide technical advisory to related parties

· Responsible for the standardization of the testing methodology, platform and test plan for various products

· experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools

· people skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skill



Requirement

· Proficiency of English at national level 4 or above

· Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering discipline (prefer to be Electronics engineering / Computer Science)

· At least 10 years of working experience in testing development and/or software engineering, with at least 3 years experience in managerial level of consumer electronics industry

· Solid experience in strategic tester development and testing automation

· Station in PRC
