Report to GM & CFO

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manages HR team.

2. Provides leadership in the compliance of China regulations on employee related issues.

3. Manages salaries tax of expatriates and the secondment plans;

4. Standardizes travel procedures across entities and manages post-acquisition alignment in policies and procedures

5. Resolves issues that are complaints received by management and employees, immediate attention to sensitive issues, and pro-active training on employee grievance issues.

6. Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, organizational structure, training and recommends appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic business direction.

7. To implement the company’s HR operational policies and processes, ensuring that these are followed by all team members.

8. To implement all processes relating to the sourcing & recruitment of new team members, including job advertising, interviewing and reference checking.

9. To coordinate in all matters relating to appraisal performance, including probation review, formal annual review and ad-hoc ongoing performance tracking by operational managers.

10. Guide and supervise the subordinates to prepare the labor contract and complete the labor personnel procedures of social insurance, housing fund, injury and unemployment enrollment.

11. Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee related issues.

12. Performs other HR duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. With more than 10 years in a Human Resources Role with last few years in managerial position.

2. Planning-an ability to think ahead and plan over a 2-5 year time span

3. Management-the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

4. Problem Analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level

5. Strong customer orientation

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills

7. High performance teams and a strong team player

8. Computer systems knowledge of Microsoft Office package at a competent level

9. Continuous Learning.
