职位描述：
Responsibilities:
The position Jr. Fabric and Trims Sourcing Specialist is responsible for,

1. Material (fabric and trim) sourcing and Development
？ Proactively support IIC/3rd customer in fabric and trim development, executing their product vision on material, to place the right fabric/trim in the right supplier to achieve the best quality/price ratio
？ Independently responsible for certain fabric and trim development as assigned. Assure active information sharing, communication and corporation with IIC developers and IOF merchandisers to ensure a smooth product development
？ Maintain both physical and chemical testing control during material development stage to detect and tackle potential quality issue before production
？ Technical support and problem solving for bulk fabric and trim quality and delivery issue
？ Manage and maintain a complete, user-friendly, and consistently updated fabric and trim databank, library and PLM system
？ Seasonal evaluation of material supplier performance, and on-going training/education supplier regarding IIC standards and requirements
？ Analysis of market and trend information to keep up to date on trends and innovations

2. Administration and organization
？ Consistently review and improve working tools and procedure of responsible area

3. Other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:
？ At least 3 years working experience with similar position in garment/textile industry
？ Textile education background is preferred.
？ Knowledge in general fabrics is a must (sport/functional fabric is preferred)
？ Basic know how of trims
？ Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
？ Team player and Positive attitude
