职位描述：
负责货代业务的销售
1.新客户开发
在UPS规划的路区不断尝试Cold calls寻找新机会，并将自己发现的及各部门提供的SALES LEADS转变为UPS客户；
2.挖掘现有客户新需求
运用一定的销售方法将UPS的解决方案及增值服务如 Branded Label, API , QVM, ICDV,PI等介绍给客户，改变客户对传统物流的看法，加深客户对于UPS物流的认识，帮助客户提升竞争力，提高UPS客户的客户满意度，从而帮助UPS客户成长,进而为UPS挖掘新的机会；
3.客户维护
对于潜在客户群, 即时安排拜访客户，了解未能合作的原因，与各个部门协调解决存在的问题，如过决策者在国外，立即与国外销售做沟通。对于老客户，定期安排拜访，维持UPS的服务品质；定期管理合同，及时给客户续约；
4.客户服务
跟Marketing合作为UPS客户报价，回答各种疑问，协调UPS国内外各个部门解决企业的各种要求（如海关扣货，Cross Label等）及Special Requests（如调账，同日二次递送，异地取件，机场自送货等）；协助客户实施UPS的技术解决方案；
5.自我管理
每周分析货量, 知道自己业绩情况 ，如 有差距，采取措施弥补，必要时调整销售策略；每天下班前做好第二天的Cold Call计划；每天做好已经完成的拜访记录，更新报销系统。

要求：
1. 熟悉物流或供应链
2. 善于沟通，有责任心和主动性
3. 善于自我激励及解决问题
4. 3年及以上在航运，物流和供应链等相关领域的销售经验
5. 英语听说读写流利 举报 分享
